The Legion du Mortun is a rapid deployment force emphasising mobility to break through openings in the trench lines. As the armoured columns plunge into enemy territory it is imperative that their flanks are protected by fast moving light forces and it is in this role that the Death Riders excel. The Legion has been assigned the 2e Regiment de Cuirassiers as it’s organic cavalry force. The splendid dress uniforms of the Cuirassiers may contrast with the mud stained pastel shades of the trench hardened infantry but the cavalry are no less ferocious for it – ruthlessly skewering enemy stragglers with their deadly lances.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again………..WTF? Odd beyond oddness, but beautifully painted. I do like the little decorative touches on the bases….
These are fantastic. I’d love to know what paints you used for the blues on both the Curaissiers and what you used for the “horizon blue.” I’ve been trying to reproduce the latter for my army with mixed results.
